Home remodeling projects can be stressful, time consuming, and draining. At Classic Construction, our goal is to allow for you to enjoy the the process without the headache.
That’s why we’ve created a process that is enjoyable and seamless. We want you to have fun redesigning your home, which is why we do all the heavy lifting for you.

12 Steps Towards your New Home
STEP 1. FILL OUT OUR FORM
Click on the “Get A Quote” button on our website to tell us all about your project. Feel free to fill us in on your ideas for the space and attach pictures of your home so that we can start visualizing the final product.
STEP 2. PHONE CONSULTATION
Once we receive all the information about your project, we’ll hop on the phone to talk more in depth about your project and what the rest of the process entails.
STEP 3. ON-SITE CONSULTATION WITH DESIGN
If necessary, we’ll schedule an on-site consultation where we will walk through the jobsite together and start planning the smaller details of your remodeling project. Our on-site consultation for remodeling projects is $100 and will go towards the cost of the final project.
STEP 4. Project Proposal and SIGNING THE CONTRACT
Once we have all the details we need, we’ll provide an estimate of the final cost of the project. Once we’re on the same page, and you’re comfortable with pricing, timeline, and design, we’ll send you over the contract to review and sign.
STEP 5. FINAL SELECTIONS OF MATERIALS
During this aspect of your project, we’ll finalize materials and overall design. This is the time where we will collect your initial deposit for the project and set our start date.
STEP 6. PROTECT YOUR HOME AND THE SITE
Before we start any construction, we make sure to protect your home and belongings. We will install zip walls with zipper doors, set up HEPA air filters, and protect the flooring of your home outside our project zone with Bee Armor.
STEP 7. PRE-JOB WALKTHROUGH
After we protect the space, we will do a pre-job walkthrough with you so you know exactly when we will begin and what you can expect during the next couple of weeks. We’ll answer any last minute questions you may have and let you give us the green light to start transforming your home.
STEP 8. WE GET TO WORK
After the walkthrough, we will begin working our magic of bringing your design to life. Soon you’ll be able to enjoy your upgraded space and start relaxing in the home you’ve been dreaming of.
STEP 9. WE CLEAN YOUR SPACE
After the job is complete, we have our professional cleaners come in and make sure your space is spotless so you can start living in your home as soon as possible.
STEP 10. POST-JOB WALKTHROUGH
Once everything is clean, we’ll walk you through the space so you can take a look at the final results. If there is anything that needs final tweaking, we will take care of it for you.
STEP 11. 5-YEAR WARRANTY
We offer a 5-year craftsmanship warranty in addition to the manufacturer’s warranty. If anything happens to your project that is within our control and included in our contract, we will come out and fix it for you, free of charge.
STEP 12. FOLLOW-UP
In addition to our warranty, we also operate on a 3-day, 3-week, 3-month, and 11-month follow-up program. That means that we will check in with you after the project is complete to make sure that everything is functioning as it should and that you are still loving your project. At the 11-month mark, we will come out to your house and check on our work to make sure everything is as it should be for you!
